The story behind Little by Little
Are you new around here? We'd love to share our story with you.
Little by Little is a sustainable jewellery brand using the beauty found in food as design inspiration. All our jewellery is manufactured by a well-established producer in Lima, Peru, using partially recycled silver - which means we know the journey it takes to reach you. We believe in giving back and work alongside international charity Action Against Hunger. With every piece of jewellery we donate sufficient funds to the charity to pay for three day’s supply of therapeutic food to nurse an acutely malnourished child back to health.
To explain the food element, co-founder Georgina Fuggle is food stylist and food writer by training with many books under her own name and, most recently assisting writing Prue Leiths' latest book. She loves food and so it was important this passion became part of the business.
Co-founder Annabel Cox is an award-winning jewellery designer. She worked for nine years at the pioneering fairtrade jewellery company, CRED, where she held the role of head designer, whilst also gaining extensive experience in sustainable practices and material acquisitions. Annabel is committed to placing sustainable practices at the core of Little by Little.
It is Annabel and Georgina’s combined passion for food, sustainability and creativity that has led to the shape and form of Little by Little Jewellery.
We look forward to taking you on the journey with us.
Love, Annabel & Georgina
